Q. Do I really only need one photo?

Yes, one photo is all you need.
This film is intentionally created around a single moment.
It’s not about having many images, but about giving one memory the space it deserves.

Q. Can I change my photo after placing the order?

Yes. You may change your photo within 24 hours after placing your order by emailing the new image to us.
We understand that choosing the right photo can take time, and we’re happy to help ensure your final video reflects the moment you want to preserve.

Q. What if my photo is old or not very clear?

That’s perfectly okay.
Old photos, scanned prints, or phone photos are all welcome.
Perfection isn’t required - the meaning behind the image matters far more.

Q. How long does it take to create the film? Is this delivery time guaranteed?

We aim to deliver within 2 days for most orders.
In rare cases where a film needs extra care, we may take a little longer and we’ll always keep you informed.

Q. Why does it take two days for just one photo?

Even with a single photo, we take time to sit with the image and craft the film slowly and intentionally.
It’s not about complexity, it’s about treating the moment with respect.

Q. What happens during these two days?

During creation, we:
- Spend time with your photo
- Shape a single, continuous motion with care
- Refine pacing and presence
- Review the film before delivery

Q. Will there be text in the film?

Background music will be thoughtfully selected by our team to best match the mood, emotion, and atmosphere of your photo.

Q. What if I haven’t received my video within the delivery time?

If you have not received your video within the delivery time, please first check your spam or junk folder, as delivery emails may occasionally be filtered there.

Q. How will I receive my film?

When your film is ready, you’ll receive an email with:
- A private viewing link
- A download option to keep it safely
- You can watch it whenever the moment feels right.

Q. Is this film meant for social media?

Not necessarily.
Many people create this film simply to keep, to revisit quietly, or to share with family when the time feels right.

Q. What if the final film doesn’t feel right to me?

We understand how personal this is.
